Summer Small Group
Due to the popularity of our Small Group Training sessions this summer, the St. Louis Rockets will offer expanded 60 minute small group training sessions! These training sessions will be age specific and open to all players in the St. Louis area who are actively playing in the 6U - 16U age groups!
During Small Group Training Sessions, skaters will work on a variety of skills including power skating, puck skills, game strategies and more! Led by Coach Jillian Rowland and Mike Richards, Small Group Training Sessions will provide players with an opportuinty to fine tune their skills through a more individualized approach.
The Rockets are also offering AAA / AA Small Group Training sessions for players who are currently playing at the AAA or Central States levels. Players the A1 level or below please reach out Coach Mike Richards for approval.
