- Travel Permits

By applying for a Missouri Hockey travel permit the applicant, coaches, and team agree to abide by the federal health guidelines and regulations in force at the time and location of the event.

FAILURE TO OBTAIN A TRAVEL PERMIT WILL RESULT IN $100 FEE PER INCIDENT and the possibility of additional Rules and Discipline action.

Missouri Hockey requires teams traveling out of the immediate St. Louis area to obtain a travel permit from the Missouri Hockey registrar. 

A Travel Permit from Missouri Hockey is required for all tournaments, practice, friendship, and exhibition games outside the Missouri Hockey affiliate membership.

 Travel permits are not required for tournaments or practice games in Springfield, Missouri, Jefferson City, Missouri or Springfield, Illinois.

Travel permits are NOT needed for League Games against Allied members (Northwest Arkansas Ice Hogs, Decatur Flames, Kansas City Outlaws, and Little Rock Aces, or Mid-South Jr. Revolution) in their cities. But a travel permit is needed for Tournament play and/or Practice Games against any of these clubs in their city.

• 21 days or more in advance of travel $10.00
• 8-20 days in advance of travel $20.00
• 7 days or less in advance of travel $30.00
